I'm seeing 54.217.208.4 (from Norway, Amsterdam and New York, so it should be the same all over the world) if you see any other address, you likely have a DNS issue. You can test this by running "nslookup " from cmd. In this scenario, whenever a device on your network asks for, your router will essentially send the device looking in the wrong direction. My theory was that you might have an old, invalid DNS record for the Triumph servers cached somewhere locally, likely on your network router as it would explain your inability to access on any device. However, in an effort to speed up DNS query times, your computer or router saves the result of each DNS lookup locally, so that the next time you need to DNS query that domain, you can read it from your local drive or router instead of the internet, which naturally is quite a bit faster. Sometimes, game developers will change their server IP addresses and update the DNS records accordingly. Flushdns does nothing to your IP address, it essentially refreshes your list of which domain names (such as correspond to which IP addresses (such as 104.122.220.165). Other games would not use the same DNS records as AOW3 in the event of an AOW3-related DNS issue, they would continue to function normally.
